Oxley

(Bacardi)

Problem.

Introducing a new gin brand to a saturated market of more than 4.7 million trademarks is difficult. But Bacardi's revolutionary cold distilling process lent itself to unique and intriguing creative directions.

Solution.

We delivered a name that combined the gin’s British origin with its smooth, fresh taste. We poured over old maps of England and then paired these terms with images of grapefruits, oranges, and lemons before coming to the name Oxley. Fun to say, approachable, and a nod to heritage, the name carried the promise of a unique gin experience.
